On September 16, Jinchuang Group held the 2018 Skills Competition for Employees from the International Business Department's sheet metal workshop, armrest workshop, new material workshop, and the aluminum and stainless steel workshop of the headquarters, the urban rail transit workshop, the door system, and the subway complex. The competition includes 7 types of work such as fitter, welding, lathe, general milling, machining center, crimping and bending. In order to make the results of the competition, the participating units began to select the contestants as early as August, and coached the contestants in advance, starting from the competition rules and professional knowledge, improving the business skills of the contestants and ensuring the success of the competition. .
