Established on July 28, 2009, Serra Canada is a subsidiary of Serra Chair, which is mainly engaged in the sales, maintenance and after-sales service of rail vehicle seats.
On December 1, 2017, Singapore Jinchuang acquired a 100% stake in the Sera Chair. After the completion of this equity transfer, Canada's Serra became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the KTK Group.
